Branded Flexible Connections for Water and Gas

Quality in all its aspects: from client service up to suppliers chain management.For compiling with this standard, SHTEREFF quality control plan considers sampling during production process. Therefore a close relation between production line and well equipped laboratoy takes place. Non conformity hoses are detected already during production process, which enables to take corrective actions on time. Collaborations with European laboratories are settled for specific tests too.
Contact with drinking water: For our interior hose we a kind of polymer, EPDM , which is considered safe for being in contact with drinking water . This rubber has been approved by international health institutions.
Non – corrosive: This is one of the main features of a good hose. In order to achieve good non corrosive results only best materials should be used, such as stainless steel AISI304 and AISI304L. Throughout regular cuanto metric analysis, stainless steel quality is guaranteed. In order to check stainless steel performance under extreme humid and salty conditions salt spray tests are done in laboratory.
No-leaking: In this case tests the resistance of its hoses to high pressure as well as its resistance to pressure jumps. These tests are done in laboratory with a special pressure device with submits the hose up to 130 bars.
Dimensional stability: It is important to test the overall performance of the different materials once they are submitted to pressure. This test shows the durability of the hose.
Temperature and tensile strength: Materials react in different ways against temperature. This has to be considered in air conditioning and heating systems as well as bathroom applications. Through temperature tests is able to predict material’s stability under high as well as low temperatures. Traction tests, assures good end fitting pressing performance.
