Yes, almost any form possible, see our shapes or send us your ideas , they will be reviewed and discussed by our specialists.
2) In what format should be photos I can send?
We prefer vector images in formats: AI, CDR and EPS, but failing that we can accept and format - JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF, etc...
If you can not we get a similar format, just send us an email drawing, photograph or text and we will gladly help you.
3) I am not sure what logo or text to provide, can you help me?
Yes, our graphic designers can help you in choosing the design and logo. You just have to share your idea with us and we can you help you !
4) How long does the delivery?
We deliver the goods within 10-30 working days after the graphics design confirmation and adoption of the order . For orders larger than the minimum, we will contact you to inform you about delivery. For faster projects contact us as soon as possible.

6) What minimum quantity , I can order?
- The minimum number of screen printing - 5000 pcs from shape /color /fragrance.
- The minimum number for offset printing (color 4+4 colors) is 10000 pcs. from shape /color / fragrance

We deliver to your door with courier . Addition will comply with any address that is most convenient for you . In orders greater than the minimum, we will contact you to inform you about delivery .
8) What are fragrances I can choose?
High quality scents are the key to success. We offer the following natural scents made in Europe.
Lemon, Pine, Strawberry, Blue ocean, Bouquet, Jasmine, Green apple, Vanilla, Hawaiian breeze, Coconut, Sport, Scent, Antitobacco, New car, Melon, Lilac.
But in further negotiation, can use other scents and designer perfumes known manufacturers of your choice for further negotiation. More info of the fragrances.
9) What is the minimum order quantity and the prices of promotional ( custom ) air fresheners?
Our minimum order quantity is 10000 pcs and making with offset printing on 1,6 - 2.2 mm special absorbing paper and special due . Each product is packed with transparent polypropilene packages , with plastic hook .
For the cardboard holder with hole for shelf with hooks , advertising panel(palette) or carton display , we can produce for you in further negotiation.
The prices are individual for each project and depending of the size, shape, colors, quantity ect design ,ect . .
- For orders over 300000 pcs .- We will send the e-mail with Photoshop previews three examples models and 15% - 20% trade discount .Time for making up to 15-20 working days.
10) How can we pay?
We accept only bank transfer to our account .
Typically, contracts for future production of "SHTEREFF" services (Private label ) or (Promotional Air freshener), customer agrees to pay the first amount of 50% in advance (deposit) ,after the confirmation of graphics design (pictures previews) and fragrances , before producing , a second sum of 50% after the procedure before loading the container. Deposit serves as proof that the contract was concluded and ensure its implementation. If the customer paid the deposit but withdraw from the contract, regardless of circumstances fails, The "SHTEREFF" reserves the right to cancel the contract and to hold the deposit as security for costs incurred.
For new customers we require payment of 100% of the contract value , after the confirmation of graphics design photoshop pictures previews .
Each order is confirmed in writing.All the graphics works are done by our side .We start production after we receiver the payment .
