METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Please inform us immediately after you make the money transfer. Bank wire transfer usually takes 3-4 days. If your order states is still "Non-Payment" 5 days later, please contact us. In order that we can arrange as soon as possible.
PAYMENT .
1. Direct transfer from your bank to our account of our Bank, is best choice .It only takes two or three days for the transfer arrival if your bank has direct correspondence. Greece banks are not open in weekend! All our bank info will be emailed to you in with our proforma invoice .
2.For larger orders we accept Letter of Credit (please note that the method letters of credit must be approved by our commercial bank and will take longer to process than other forms of payment).
Our quotation must be the total amount received. So please try to select your local bank with a direct correspondence to Greece Merchants Bank. If not, a third-party bank will charge you an additional transfer fee . Please check with your bank to find if you must add any additional third-party bank fees before transfer .
All orders (including the product and any associated services) must be prepaid prior to delivery. All transactions are done in EURO.
PRICE TERMS.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices of Products is without VAT 23%. (this is very important for companies registered in the European Union), incoterms EXW, FOB, CIF Seller's and in effect 30 days after the date of issue pro forma invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice thereafter. Liability for all taxes and import or export duties imposed by any city, state, federal or other governmental authority, shall be assumed and paid by the buyer who further agrees to defend and indemnify the seller against any and all liabilities for the same. Payment shall be net amount of invoice, in full, payment is due in full at time of purchase, before time to issue the original invoice. The Incoterms method are EXW , FOB - port Piraeus, Greece, and CIF are shipped freight collect or prepaid and invoiced.
Acknowledged shipping dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Upon Buyer's failure to take timely delivery of product, Buyer shall pay reasonable storage and interest charges for product stored by Seller at Buyer's request. Seller may also invoice Buyer for Product upon such failure.
ADVANCE (deposit).
Typically, contracts for future production of "SHTEREFF" services (Private label )or (Promotional Air freshener), customer agrees to pay the first amount of 50% in advance (deposit) before producing a second sum of 50% after the procedure before loading the container. Deposit serves as proof that the contract was concluded and ensure its implementation. If the customer paid the deposit but withdraw from the contract, regardless of circumstances fails, The "SHTEREFF" reserves the right to cancel the contract and to hold the deposit as security for costs incurred.
Once you get information, about prices and methods of transport (incoterms EXW, FOB, CIF), it is necessary to send us a confirmation and your selected delivery method in e-mail to support@shtereff.com or shtereff@yahoo.com. We will prepare a proforma invoice with all necessary information on selected products, quantities, types of packaging, size, weight, the preferred from you delivery method of INCOTERMS and payment method.
DELIVERY METHODS.

We use couriers ELTA and EMS , but only when shipments are packages with samples and small consignment . Extremely expensive method is not preferable .EMS Express - Only takes a week. 2. Air Freight (Air Cargo) - the best for the delivery time when the consignment perhaps is small , one of the best method for small quantities. For goods that more than 500 kg, we suggest ship the goods by Air Freight via International Forwarder, It is more cheaper than express . Takes about 3-6 days depends on the distance. We selected reliable and competitive air-freight companies to transport goods for our customers. The shipping cost of airfreight is not stable, the price keep changing depends on the oil price and season, also depends on the international airlines. Normally we don't take door to door delivery, we suggest our customers pick up the goods from the Air Port and do custom clearance by themselves, due to door to door delivery will caused high shipping cost. You can use your local Agents to do the custom clearance for you.
If you must choose between method-LCL (groupage maritime container transport) and Air cargo, I would recommend air freight. Cost of transport is almost the same but it delivery time difference is huge.
3. LCL -groupage maritime container transport - when you order a product, but not enough to fill one 20ft container, then your product is collected along with other commodity companies who wish to receive goods in the cooperation provided by your port. We now offer FREE shipping charge for sea freight. If your order is the FLC - 20 ft or 40 ft container and you do not need the goods urgently, we suggest you ,to ship the goods via sea freight , as for duty, there are different rules in different Country, if you want to know detail information, you had better check with your agent or local custom. We will paying all the burden and cost of shipment to the port specified by you - CIF ( we will paying - insurance, freight, loading - unloading operations, the release of export customs charges, etc.). This is just for shipping, port forwarding , Pireaus, Greece.Time for delivery 20- 40 days. You will only pay import customs charges , unload and transport goods to your warehouse.

We can provide you with a quote for estimated shipping costs based on the product weights and dimensions; however, we cannot provide actual weights and dimensions until an order is ready for shipping due to packing requirements. Once that is done the shipping provider you have chosen can calculate the most accurate shipping cost. We will coordinate the handling / delivery of your purchases to your chosen shipping provider. If you choose to use one of our preferred shipping services (only available in select markets), it is a seamless process. SHTEREFF does not export any products and each customer is responsible for ensuring such products are exported in compliance with applicable law. With our preferred shipping program, we will give you a booking number that allows you to track the progress of your shipment via the web or by phone. In addition, you may choose to use your own shipping provider to handle your shipment and delivery. In that case, we can deliver your purchased product to that entity's location for a delivery fee or facilitate a pickup by your shipping provider at our store. Your shipping provider will provide the total cost of shipping your products.
Through our preferred service , we can offer you inland delivery (from our store to the port Pireaus -Greece ) at no charge. However, this may not be available at all stores or to all markets. TITLE, RISK OF LOSS.
Title to Products and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery by Seller to carrier. Any freight damage claims must be initiated by Buyer. Notation of damage should be made on freight bill of lading at time of delivery.
CLAIMS.
Notice of claims for non-conforming Products, shortages or non-delivery shall be given in writing within 30 days from receipt of Product or date fixed for delivery. Failure to give written notice of claim constitutes unqualified acceptance of Products and waiver by Buyer of all claims in respect of said Products. No claims will be allowed after Products have been processed or altered in any manner. Orders produced up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered shall be considered complete and the price thereof shall be adjusted accordingly. Buyer has no right of set-off against the purchase price owed to Seller, which in all events shall be paid in full when due.
RETURNS.
Products shall not be returned without Seller's prior written approval. Returned Products may not be processed in any way and must be in the form shipped by Seller. Risk of loss and shipping charges for stock Products returned remain the obligation of Buyer. Products manufactured to custom order as Private label or promotional air fresheners are not subject to return for credit under any circumstances.
WARRANTY.
We warrants that the Products sold and delivered hereunder are of the type described (in Buyer's purchase order) and of commercially acceptable quality. NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS MADE, EXCEPT FOR THOSE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN OR ON OTHER PUBLISHED DOCUMENT OF SELLER. ALL WARRANTIES AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY .
CANCELLATIONS.
Cancellations or modifications of orders will not be accepted by SHTEREFF with respect to Products already manufactured or in the process of manufacture, and Buyer shall also be responsible for reimbursing SHTEREFF for all costs incurred by SHTEREFF in preparation for manufacture.
FORCE MAJEURE.
Seller will not be liable for any delay in the performance of orders or in the delivery of Products, or for any damages incurred by Buyer by reason of such delay, if caused, directly or indirectly, by fire, flood, accident, civil unrest, act of God, war, governmental interference, strike, labor difficulty, shortage of labor, fuel; material or supplies, transportation delays or any other causes (whether or not similar in nature to the foregoing), or arising from other contingencies or events beyond Seller's control.
SUSPENSION OF PERFORMANCE.
Seller reserves the right at any time to suspend credit or change credit-terms when, in Seller's opinion, Buyer's financial condition or payment history so warrants. In such event, in addition to any other remedies provided by law, cash payment or satisfactory security may be required by Seller before shipment. Seller may withhold all subsequent deliveries upon failure by Buyer to pay invoices when due. Buyer shall be liable for all costs and expenses of collection incurred by Seller.
ASSIGNMENT.
Any purported assignment or transfer of this order, in whole or in part, shall be void, absent Seller's prior written consent.
STORAGE AND USE .
Of finished products should be in dry, temperature controlled conditions. Excessive heat during storage could deform the clam shell packaging. This also applies to Products stored by Seller at Buyers request.
ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE.
Upon request, Seller at its discretion, will furnish, as an accommodation to the Buyer, such technical advice or assistance as is available in reference to the products. The Seller assumes no obligation or liability for the advice or assistance given or results obtained, all such being accepted at the Buyer's risk.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAW.
Seller certifies that the products supplied were produced in compliance with the amended and the regulations and orders of the European Union issued thereunder.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
This contains all terms and conditions with respect to the sale and purchase of the Products and supersedes any other writing Buyer may give or receive, and the rights of the parties shall be governed exclusively by the terms hereof. No modification hereof shall be binding upon the Seller unless in writing and signed by the Seller's duly authorized representative. No modification shall be affected by Seller's acknowledgment or acceptance of Buyer's purchase order forms containing different provisions. This instrument shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Greece. Any proceeding in connection herewith shall be brought in a court of the Greece, to whose jurisdiction the parties hereby submit. Any matters affecting the relationship between Seller and Buyer not addressed by these terms and conditions shall be governed as in effect in Greece.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - All international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied by their respective country or brokerage companies. Please contact your local customs office to determine what the fees will be for importing your goods from the Greece.
We don't know what these fees will be, and cannot quote you a price for these fees. You are responsible to pay these fees in order to receive your goods at your local customs office. If you refuse to pay the import fees that your country levies on your order, and your order is returned to us, your refund will be reduced by any customs fees and return shipping fees that we are required to pay in order to accept the goods back in our country.

Seller will not be liable for any delay in the performance of orders or in the delivery of Products, or for any damages incurred by Buyer by reason of such delay, if caused, directly or indirectly, by fire, flood, accident, civil unrest, act of God, war, governmental interference, strike, labor difficulty, shortage of labor, fuel; material or supplies, transportation delays or any other causes (whether or not similar in nature to the foregoing), or arising from other contingencies or events beyond Seller's control.
SUSPENSION OF PERFORMANCE.
Seller reserves the right at any time to suspend credit or change credit-terms when, in Seller's opinion, Buyer's financial condition or payment history so warrants. In such event, in addition to any other remedies provided by law, cash payment or satisfactory security may be required by Seller before shipment. Seller may withhold all subsequent deliveries upon failure by Buyer to pay invoices when due. Buyer shall be liable for all costs and expenses of collection incurred by Seller.
ASSIGNMENT.
Any purported assignment or transfer of this order, in whole or in part, shall be void, absent Seller's prior written consent.
STORAGE AND USE .
Of finished products should be in dry, temperature controlled conditions. Excessive heat during storage could deform the clam shell packaging. This also applies to Products stored by Seller at Buyers request.
ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE.
Upon request, Seller at its discretion, will furnish, as an accommodation to the Buyer, such technical advice or assistance as is available in reference to the products. The Seller assumes no obligation or liability for the advice or assistance given or results obtained, all such being accepted at the Buyer's risk.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAW.
Seller certifies that the products supplied were produced in compliance with the amended and the regulations and orders of the European Union issued thereunder.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
This contains all terms and conditions with respect to the sale and purchase of the Products and supersedes any other writing Buyer may give or receive, and the rights of the parties shall be governed exclusively by the terms hereof. No modification hereof shall be binding upon the Seller unless in writing and signed by the Seller's duly authorized representative. No modification shall be affected by Seller's acknowledgment or acceptance of Buyer's purchase order forms containing different provisions. This instrument shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Greece. Any proceeding in connection herewith shall be brought in a court of the Greece, to whose jurisdiction the parties hereby submit. Any matters affecting the relationship between Seller and Buyer not addressed by these terms and conditions shall be governed as in effect in Greece.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - All international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied by their respective country or brokerage companies. Please contact your local customs office to determine what the fees will be for importing your goods from the Greece.
We don't know what these fees will be, and cannot quote you a price for these fees. You are responsible to pay these fees in order to receive your goods at your local customs office. If you refuse to pay the import fees that your country levies on your order, and your order is returned to us, your refund will be reduced by any customs fees and return shipping fees that we are required to pay in order to accept the goods back in our country.
